Terrible customer service. I ordered the wrong toothpaste and was not able to cancel my order. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. No body answers the phone, replies to emails and their online chat in unmanned.
Been ordering for about a year now. Same one I was getting from my dentist. It does cost more. I was paying $10 at the office but he would only do one every 6 months (wanting me to use once a week) … but if I don’t use daily my teeth hurt.
Did make the switch to the SLS free 2 orders ago, gums seem to be better off for it. No change in the sensitivity help quality of the toothpaste. A ++
If you need it quickly pay for the faster shipping. If I remember to order enough in advance I don’t but if I forget until I’m almost out I pay extra for first class and it arrives in 2-3 days. Instead of a week.

My local Dentist Office quit selling this toothpaste. I'm happy to see someone is selling it and for Less $$ than my local Dentist was. Thank you for still providing me to get this Toothpaste.
